1. RETURN POLICY

At Steve McQueen Eyewear, we are committed to providing our customers with an excellent shopping experience. Our return policy aims to provide you with clear guidelines for returning our products. Before initiating a return process, please review the conditions below:

1.2. Withdrawal period

According to article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of the goods to register your return request, and 14 days to return the item from the date of the declaration of withdrawal.


According to article L221-18, the refund will be made in full to the initial means of payment, including any delivery costs incurred, "without undue delay, and at the latest within 14 days from the date on which it is informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw".

1.3. Warranty Policy

Our guarantee policy has been designed to ensure your satisfaction and confidence when you shop at Steve McQueen Eyewear.

Therefore, we guarantee our sunglasses and optical products for up to 24 months from the date of purchase, upon presentation of the warranty and/or the purchase invoice. This guarantee covers any manufacturing defects, hidden flaws, or other errors on our part that affect the quality of our products.
The following will not be covered by our guarantee:

  • Scratched lenses, unless the product had this defect at the time of purchase.
  • Natural wear and tear from using your glasses.
  • Breakage, unless the product had this defect at the time of purchase.

1.4. Return Period

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal You have 30 days from the day after the delivery date to change your mind and initiate a return. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept your request. Please refer to the return conditions below before starting the process.

1.5. Return Conditions

For hygiene reasons, returned products must be in their original condition, free of scratches or signs of wear. All original labels, accessories, and packaging must be included.


Any returned product will be subject to analysis by our customer service team to ensure that these conditions are met, before initiating the refund procedure.

1.6. Return Procedure

To return your product, please follow the steps below:


1 – Make a written or email request using the link you received by email after receiving your package to stevemcqueen@mmceyewear.com.

2 – You will receive a return label. Print it and affix it to the original package (be careful not to damage the original packaging).

3 – Take your parcel to the collection point you have selected.

1.7. Return Costs

If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect product, defective product, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs.


However, for returns motivated by other reasons (change of mind, inappropriate size, etc.) or made outside of French territory, the return costs will be your responsibility.

1.8. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your request.


The refund will be processed within 14 days of approval, according to the payment method used when purchasing the product.

1.9. Returns to physical stores

If you purchased the product from one of our partner stores, please refer to the store team and their internal return policy.


For all purchases made on the website, returns will only be made via the platform; no returns will be accepted in partner stores.
