The BUD frame is a tribute to off-road motorcycle star, Bud Ekins was the biggest American Triumph dealer of the 60's and a stuntman extraordinaire. A great friend of McQueen, he called him to perform the incredible motorcycle jump in the film "The Great Escape". This stunt remains legendary to this day.
